Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Creator Army is a private dashboard operated by Art of Mondays ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect from creators and team members who use the dashboard, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

2. What we collect

• Profile information you give us: name, email address, location, and bio when you join the creator program.
• Connected account data: when you authorize TikTok or Instagram via OAuth, we receive public profile information (display name, username, avatar, follower count, profile URL) and the metadata and engagement metrics of posts published on that account (caption, post timestamp, view count, like count, comment count, share count, thumbnail).
• OAuth tokens: access tokens and refresh tokens issued by TikTok and Meta so we can sync your post stats on a schedule. These are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.
• Sales attribution data: when a customer of Art of Mondays uses your discount code, our analytics provider (AbleCDP) records the sale and we associate it with your account for the purpose of calculating commission.
• Payout records: the amounts we owe and have paid to you, along with the payment method and reference, are kept for accounting purposes.

3. How we use it

We use the information collected solely to:

• Run and improve the Art of Mondays creator program.
• Track the performance of posts published by creators.
• Calculate and pay affiliate commissions.
• Operate a leaderboard and feedback loop for creators.
• Communicate with creators about the program.

We do not sell your data, run advertising against it, or share it with third parties for marketing.

4. Service providers

The dashboard runs on infrastructure provided by Vercel (hosting) and Railway (database). OAuth and post data is fetched from TikTok (Display API) and Meta (Instagram Graph API). Sales data is provided by AbleCDP. Each provider only receives the minimum data required to deliver their service to us, and we have contracted standard data-processing terms with them.

5. Retention

We retain your profile, connected-account, and post data for as long as you are part of the creator program, plus a reasonable period for accounting and dispute resolution after departure. Payout records are retained as required by applicable tax law. You can request earlier deletion by emailing us (see Contact).

6. Your rights

You can disconnect any platform at any time from the dashboard, or by revoking access in the corresponding platform's settings (Instagram, TikTok). You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data by emailing us at the address below; we will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. The dashboard is served over HTTPS only and gated behind authentication. Access is limited to the Art of Mondays team and authorized creators.

8. Children

The service is not intended for use by anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the dashboard.
