Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Creator Army is a private dashboard operated by Art of Mondays ("Art of Mondays", "we", "us") to manage our content-creator affiliate program. It is invite-only. By accessing this site you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

The service helps the Art of Mondays team coordinate work with the content creators we partner with, track the performance of their posts on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, and calculate affiliate commissions on sales attributed to each creator. Access to the dashboard is granted to creators via personal invite link and may be revoked at any time at our sole discretion.

3. Connected accounts

Creators may choose to connect their TikTok and/or Instagram accounts to Creator Army via OAuth. Doing so authorizes us to read public profile information (display name, username, avatar, follower count) and the metadata and engagement metrics of posts published on those platforms (caption, post timestamp, view count, like count, comment count, share count, thumbnail). We do not post, modify, or share content on any connected account, and we never request or store passwords for those accounts. You may disconnect a platform at any time from your portal or by revoking access in the corresponding platform's settings.

4. Commissions and payouts

Affiliate commissions are calculated from sales attributed to each creator's unique discount code, as recorded by our analytics provider. Payouts are made on a monthly cycle by bank transfer (Wise) or another method we may select. Pending balances are displayed in the dashboard and become payable on the next cycle. Disputes about a payout must be raised within 30 days of the cycle close.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for its intended purpose and not to: (a) attempt to access any account or data that is not yours; (b) share your invite link or login credentials with anyone outside your team; (c) reverse-engineer or scrape the service; (d) submit content that infringes third-party rights or violates the policies of the platforms whose accounts you have connected.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, including (but not limited to) for breach of these Terms or of any connected platform's policies. Outstanding earned commissions, if any, will be paid in the next cycle following termination, less any amounts disputed in good faith.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Art of Mondays disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Art of Mondays be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the dashboard. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
